Kuey Teow Sup/Soup



We usually reached home at 7pm. This is average. The earliest that we can get home is at 6.30 and the worst maybe around 9pm?? hm.. ntah malas mao pikey. tapi just once in the blue moon. Kalau ada permintaan sahaja. Since hubby requested for something light and I've been wanted to try out something like kuah bakso so I came out with this! Kueh teow soup ala-ala syok sendiri :)

Ingredients

4 biji Bawang putih/3 biji merah/1inch halia (ditumis)
chicken stok (saya guna yang kiub) -1
fishcake
ayam dipotong kecil
kueyteow
carrot
2 sudu sos tiram
2-3 cawan air
daun limau (4 helai)

garam gula blackpepper (secukup rasa)
hiasan: daun sup and cili jeruk (best)

How to do it?
1. tumis bawang putih dan merah(tumbuk/blend/potong halus)/halia(diketuk sahaja) sehingga naik bau
2. masukkan air and chicken stok
3. masukkan sos tiram
4. ayam + fishcake
5. carrot
6. daun limau
7. garam+gula+blackpepper
8. Tunggu sehingga menggelegak dan boleh lah dihidangkan

p/s: sangat enak di makan bersama cili jeruk. cubalah!
